 Angles

Measuring angles and length
Years 7 (age 11-12)

O1: Measure the interior angles and the length of each side of a triangle. The worksheet generates eight random triangles..keep clicking the 'change' button until all the triangles are a reasonable size and don't overlap.

Measuring angles and length
Years 7 (age 11-12)

O2: Measure the interior angles and the length of each side of a quadrilateral. The worksheet generates six random quadrilaterals..keep clicking the 'change' button until all the quadrilaterals lie within the border and don't overlap.

 Construct shapes

Construct triangles
Years 7 (age 11-12)

O4: Given two angles and the included side (ASA)
O5: Given two sides and the included angle (SAS)
O6: A mixture of the above

 Happy Christmas

Accurately measure this Christmas tree.

Measure and construct Christmas trees

A Christmas tree is shown on the worksheet. The task is to measure the length of each line and size of each angle. (The lengths given on the answer sheet might not be accurate! Blame the printer!)

The reverse of the above worksheet: the measurements are given, the task is to accurately construct the Christmas tree. When the worksheet is loaded the answer sheet showing the tree is visible, the pupil page just shows the dimensions.
